Hi, I’m Alina.
A big-hearted person, a former dancer, and someone who truly wants to bring value into people’s lives through movement, care and community.
My main values are simple: empathy, trust, growth, love, and support.
These guide everything I do as a stretching and mobility coach.

How my journey started
I spent over 11 years dancing, and dance taught me one thing very early: A strong body needs to be flexible. A happy body needs to move.
Stretching became my favorite part of every training. I was learning new techniques at dance classes, then going home and practicing alone, exploring my limits and improving step by step.
Later, when I started working in a more “sitting” job, everything changed.
I began to feel lower back pain, hip tension, glute tightness, and discomfort from long hours at a desk.
This was the moment when I understood how important mobility really is.
I started studying more, taking small courses, learning from experts, and testing everything on myself. I wanted to understand why the body hurts and how we can prevent those pains through simple movement.
This curiosity turned into my work.
And today, it’s what I teach my clients.
What I help people with
Most people who come to me say things like:
• “My back feels blocked.”
• “My neck and shoulders hurt all the time.”
• “My posture is bad.”
• “I have little time, and I can’t stay disciplined.”

What makes my coaching different
I don’t give everyone the same routine.
I adapt to each person: their pain, their limits, their emotions, their day.
I am calm, patient and direct. If something doesn’t work for your body, we don’t force it.
I adjust the exercise, or we move to the next one.
My sessions can be short or long, depending on your time.
They are simple, safe, and designed for real bodies, not impossible poses.
I explain clearly, without complicated words.
And I never push someone beyond what their body can handle.
